gregperry : High Fidelity Life
I love my hi-fi. It is, literally, the best money I have ever spent.
For those that need convincing, let me try to explain. Imagine buying a better microscope that was able to reveal beauty in more detail than the microscope you had before (I know you haven’t got a microscope you use to look at beauty really but stay with me). Every album you ever bought had people sitting round for hours and weeks and months and sometimes years, deciding how it should sound. A good hi-fi lets you
hear some and more of what they were trying to communicate. That’s what it’s all about really. The music can talk to me just a little bit more.
